For our last day, we decided to take advantage of our proximity to Venice and spend a day visiting the maze of busy streets, serene canals, beautiful architecture and rich culture that the city offers. By stark contrast to the day before, the temperature was very high as the sun bounced off the water. Although no trip is complete without a visit to St Mark’s Square and the 16th century Rialto Bridge over the Grand Canal, it was further away from the main tourist attractions that we got to experience and enjoy Venice more. A map is essential and although there are some discrete visual guides like the directional patterns of street paving slabs, the city is a literal maze of nooks and crannies. Taking on the challenge of exploring the city, Chloe field tested the leggings and sports bra of the upcoming Uptown Jazz collection, as taken from the small water canal bridge of Rio Malatin.
