Do you offer International Shipping?
We are able to ship worldwide. Delivery charges will vary depending on location. Please note if you do order Products from our site for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. CLOACTIVE® have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend getting in contact with your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The average arrival time in the UK is 3-4 working days. Our orders are sent via Royal Mail (recorded delivery) and are dispatched the day after purchase unless that day falls on a weekend or UK Bank Holiday, then it will be dispatched on the next official working day.
What if my order takes longer than 30 working days to arrive?

- No exchange or refund is available on Sale items
- CLOACTIVE will gladly offer credit notes to the value of your purchased items

- All garments purchased during CLOACTIVE promotions with the use of a discount code are subject to the Terms and Conditions specific to the relevant promotion as outlined during the promotional period

FOR ALL RETURNS
The following requirements must be met for ALL returns and/or exchanges:
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place
- The item(s) must not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way
- No item(s) which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return
Please note that CLOACTIVE is not responsible for the cost of return/ exchange item postage or insurance.
CLOACTIVE will only process a refund on international orders outside of the United Kingdom. No exchange will be available.
CLOACTIVE cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Once the item/s have been received, we will either exchange your item/s or process your full refund (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card used for purchase.
If you wish to make an exchange and the stock is not available a refund will be offered as an alternative.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
To return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com to request a returns form. You will be emailed a returns form, please print out and complete the returns form for all return items.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS / EXCHANGES WHICH DO NOT MEET OUR RETURNS POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

HOW LONG WILL MY CREDIT NOTE, EXCHANGE OR REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
Credit notes: issued and emailed to you as soon as your return is processed.
Exchanges: we will send your exchange item within 24 hours of processing your returned item. During peak times exchanges can take between 48 - 72 hours.
Refunds: processed as soon as we receive your item, however please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear in your account.
